Embergear Studios is a small, independent studio built by two people who genuinely enjoy working together.

We're partners in life, partners in work, and constant collaborators—bringing together decades of experience in technology, security, art, storytelling, and animal care. One of us comes from a background in network security and systems engineering, the other from years spent training, breeding, creating, and telling stories. Somewhere along the way, we realized that building things together was the most rewarding work we could do.

So that's what we're doing.

We embrace AI not as a shortcut, but as a tool—one that helps us explore ideas faster, reduce tedious work, and focus on what matters most: building software and games that make people's lives a little easier, a little smarter, and hopefully, a little more fun.

Our projects range from practical applications that solve real-world problems to creative experiments and games designed simply to delight. Some are serious. Some are playful. All of them are built with care, curiosity, and a strong respect for the people who use them.

As we look toward the back half of our lives, our goal is simple: to spend our time building things we believe in, together, surrounded by our furry and feathered friends—creating tools and experiences that make people smile.
